Spike Lee screws up at Cannes Film Festival
In a screw-up similar to the La La Land 'win' at the Oscars in 2017, film director Spike Lee accidentally announced the Palme d'Or winner early during Saturday's closing ceremony at the 74th Cannes Film Festival.
