Moscow Never Sleeps needs more oomph in the story
The Johnny O'Reilly-directed Moscow Never Sleeps knits five episodic stories, set in the eponymous city in the style of Robert Altman's Short Cuts. Unfortunately the narrative does not gel into a convincing whole.
