Holly flexes her office muscles in Tuesday's Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
Holly now has power because Rafferty is desperate for her to keep quiet about the sexual harassment she suffered while working with his company.
Knowing she has the upper hand, Holly wastes no time in tormenting Rafferty's son James, the father of her child.
"This office is frontline Rafferty Homes and The Marketplace, so it's getting a makeover," says Holly.
"Sort yourself some overalls, because you'll be painting it," she tells James in front of his wife, Hayley.
"I'm not a manual labourer," says James.
"You'll do what you're told, when you're told," says Holly.
