They are also parents to daughter Raddix, born via surrogate in December 2019, and son Cardinal, born via surrogate in March 2024.
Diaz has previously spoken about welcoming children in the "second half" of her life.
Speaking to model Naomi Campbell on her YouTube series No Filter in 2020, she said: "A lot of people do it the other way around.
"They get married, have a family in their youth.
"Having a family when you're young... it's like anything when you're young: you do it.
"But when you're my age and you decide to do it, it's a real choice.
"You really have to work hard for it.
"The only pressure for me is like I have to live to be, like, 107, you know? So no pressure!"
Diaz has been largely out of the limelight for the last decade but returned to Hollywood in 2025's action comedy Back in Action.
Earlier this year, she appeared in the comedy Outcome, opposite Keanu Reeves, directed by Jonah Hill.
