Tell us three things about yourself . . .
All four members of the band are childhood best friends who grew up playing music together
We care a lot about writing songs that say something, not just sound good.
We test every new song by playing it acoustically. If it doesn’t sound good like this, it doesn’t make the cut.
How would you describe your music?
Our music is not any one thing; we don’t restrict ourselves to any certain genre and style but strive to create emotion and bring heart to everything we do. We also want to bring an element of ambiguity and variety to each song, so that each listener can connect to the songs in their own individual way.
Who are your musical inspirations?
Our influences range from Radiohead, Jeff Buckley and The Stone Roses to more classic rock bands such as Thin Lizzy, Dire Straits, and Pink Floyd. But we also are heavily influenced by some softer, more intimate artists such as Paolo Nutini, JJ Cale, and Neil Young.
What was the first gig you ever attended?
Sean Newman: Villagers in Iveagh Gardens.
Jake: The Vibe for Philo in The Button Factory, Dublin.
Sean Wosser: Royal Blood in the Grand Social, Dublin.
Shane: Arctic Monkeys in the 3Arena, Dublin.
What was the first record you ever bought?
Sean: Ten by Pearl Jam.
Jake: Live and Dangerous by Thin Lizzy.
Shane: Grace by Jeff Buckley.
Sean: Alchemy by Dire Straits.
What is your favourite song right now?
Sean: Last Goodbye by Jeff Buckley.
Jake: Skin by Child of Prague.
Shane: Fool’s Gold The Stone Roses.
Sean: Two Young Lovers Dire Straits.
What is your Favourite lyric of all time?
"No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun" - Time by Pink Floyd. We see this line as a direct message, to not let life pass you by, don’t wait for the "starting gun", but grasp every opportunity while you still can. Roger Waters at his best.

If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Ventura Highway - America.
Where can people find your music/more information?
