Gar reveals the gym is being sued for negligence in Friday's Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
"A lad just came into the gym, asked if I was Gareth Boyle, and handed me this," Gar tells Fergal as he shows him a letter.
"We're being sued," says Fergal.
"Fergal, do you know anything about this?" asks Gar.
