Mondo takes the stand in Friday's Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
He is on trial over the death of Anto.
In Friday's episode, the prosecuting counsel says to Mondo: "You meant to make him answer for his crime. You wanted him to pay for what he'd done to you."
"Yes!" replies Mondo angrily. "I wanted him to pay."
