Irish star Philippa Dunne (Amandaland) and the Belfast-set police drama Blue Lights were among the winners at the Royal Television Society (RTS) Awards at London's Grosvenor House Hotel on Tuesday night.
Dunne won the award for Comedy Performance - Female for her role as Anne Flynn in the BBC's Amandaland, a spin-off of another award-winning sitcom, Motherland.
Praising Dunne's performance, the RTS judges said: "She makes an immediate impact the moment she arrives on screen."
"The comedic ability she brings to this show is extraordinary," they added.
BBC One's Blue Lights won the Drama Series award.
Praising Blue Lights, the RTS judges said: "A tense, nail-biting watch - a series so beautifully paced and immaculately written."
On Tuesday afternoon, both Dunne and Blue Lights were shortlisted for this year's British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) Television Awards, which will take place in London on Sunday, 10 May.
Amandaland and Blue Lights are available to watch on the RTÉ Player.
