I'm currently in my third year of training to be a psychotherapist.
I grew up across the road from the SFX Hall in Dublin, which I wish was still there.
I'm a huge Stephen King fan.
How would you describe your music?
Melodic with a deep atmosphere that has a raw 90s alt-rock edge to it.
Who are your musical inspirations?
Nine Inch Nails, Beck, Sonic Youth, The Cure, Bob Mould, Fugazi. Artists who can be raw and authentic but still offer melody and feeling.
What was the first gig you ever went to?
Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Pixies at Phoenix park 2004 (Pixies stole the show and became my favourite band ever).
What was the first record you ever bought?
A-sides by Soungarden in the old Chapters store on Abbey Street, Dublin.
What's your favourite song right now?
Paul Weller's version of I Walk on Guilded Splinters (used so well at the end of Season 4 of The Wire).
Favourite lyric of all time?
''I have been guilty of kicking myself in the teeth'' Alice in Chains - Down in a Hole.
If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Praise You by Fatboy Slim. That song does so much for me, cheers me up and is a reminder to be kinder to myself.
