Dancing with the Stars final set for Sunday showdown

The Dancing with the Stars finalists 2026 - Paudie Moloney, Tolu Mackay, Katelynn Cummins and Eric Roberts
This Sunday, one of the four finalists will lift the glitterball trophy as they are crowned the winner of Dancing with the Stars 2026

The Dancing with the Stars grand finale takes place this Sunday, with Katelyn Cummins, Paudie Moloney, Eric Roberts and Tolü Makay all hoping to lift the Glitterball Trophy.

After weeks of live shows, themed performances and dance-offs, the final four will each perform twice on the night as they make one last bid to be crowned Dancing with the Stars champion for 2026.

First up, each couple will revisit a routine from earlier in the season, selected by the judges. In some cases, it will be a dance the judges feel could be improved, while in others it will be a routine they simply want to see again.

Rose of Tralee Katelyn Cummins and her professional partner Leonardo Lini will reprise their Movie Week American Smooth to Whistle While You Work by Rachel Zegler, with Katelyn once again stepping into the role of Snow White.

The Traitors Ireland star Paudie Moloney and Laura Nolan will return to Week 4 and Country Week for a Quickstep to Stop the World and Let Me Off by Declan Nerney.

Ireland AM presenter Eric Roberts and Arianna Favarro will perform their Fright Night Charleston to Happy by C2C featuring Derek Martin.

Singer-songwriter Tolü Makay and her partner Maciej Zieba will revisit their Week 2 American Smooth to Olivia Dean's Man I Need, in the hope of recapturing the judges’ praise.

The finalists will then take to the floor for their showdance routines, with each couple performing a freestyle number designed to showcase the creativity, storytelling and technique they have developed throughout the competition.

Katelyn and Leonardo will dance to Ordinary by Alex Warren, while Paudie and Laura will perform to Can’t Take My Eyes Off You by Andy Williams.

Eric and Arianna’s showdance will be to Can’t Hold Us by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, while Tolü and Maciej will perform to Kill the Lights by Alex Newell, Jess Glynne, DJ Cassidy and Nile Rodgers.

Sunday’s live final will also welcome back all eight eliminated celebrities for a special one-off comeback performance.

Michael Fry, Brian Kennedy, Amber Wilson, Anne Cassin, Niamh Kavanagh, Stephanie Kelly, Philip Doyle and Jordan Dargan will reunite with their professional partners for a group routine to Myles Smith’s Stay (If You Wanna Dance).

While the judges will score the performances as usual, those marks will be for guidance only, with the public vote alone deciding who is crowned this year’s winner.

The Dancing with the Stars grand finale airs on Sunday, 15 March, at 6.30pm on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player.
