Described as "one of the leading talents in a new wave of American country music", Louisiana-born and raised Davis released his latest album, Learn The Hard Way, in August 2025.
Tell us three things about yourself . . .
I am a Dad to four awesome kids, I met my wife in a hotel bar, and I’m afraid of heights.
How would you describe your music?
I grew up a fan of songwriters, which pushed me to country music but I have a lot of different influences. I was a big southern rock and R&B fan so I try to blend all of that into the music I make.
Who are your musical inspirations?
John Prine - he’s why I started songwriting.

What was the first gig you ever went to?
Don Williams - I tagged along with my Dad when I was probably seven or eight years old.
What was the first record you ever bought?
Smashing Pumpkins - Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness.
What’s your favourite song right now?
Choosin' Texas by Ella Langley.
Favourite lyric of all time?

If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?
