Zoe comes to Hughie's rescue in Sunday's Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
Hughie is miffed when Pete suggests that Paul's new menu in Vino's is taking business away from The Hungry Pig.
Hughie launches his own promotion to compete with Vino's, but his meal deal offers fall flat.
"It's pointless. Paul has the whole thing sown up," Hughie tells Zoe.
"Bar standing over there intercepting his customers as they're coming in, there's not a whole lot I can do," he continues.
"I've an idea," smiles Zoe.
