Laurence Fox has denied sharing an image of TV personality Narinder Kaur with the intention of causing her alarm, distress or humiliation.
The 47-year-old, of Peldon in Essex, appeared at Woolwich Crown Court for a case management hearing, where he was arraigned on one count of sending "a photograph or film of genitals to another" with intent to cause alarm, distress or humiliation. He pleaded not guilty.
The court heard the allegation relates to a post on social media in April 2024. Ms Kaur, 53, who appears regularly on Good Morning Britain, has waived her right to anonymity in the case.
A provisional four-day trial has been listed for December 2027. Mr Fox's defence team asked the court to consider whether an earlier date could be arranged, and the judge said the court would contact his lawyers if an earlier slot becomes available.
The charge is brought under section 66A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, which relates to the sending of sexual images without consent.
Mr Fox previously appeared in ITV drama Lewis and was dismissed by GB News in October 2023 following comments made on air.
