Mairéad is conflicted when Ger insists that a tough woman like her can't end up with a weak man like Dean in Thursday's Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
"What are you going to do?" asks Ger.
"Nothing," replies an exasperated Mairéad, thinking that Ger is talking about her silence around the circumstances of Will's death. "I told you I wouldn't say anything."
"I mean with your life," says Ger. "It can't be Dean..."
