Tell us three things about yourself . . .
I'm from rural Australia originally, otherwise known as the bush.
I’m a Cancerian.
My favourite band is Tears For Fears.

How would you describe your music?
It’s all about groove and the soulful side of life, I play a range of genres but it comes down to fat bass lines, euphoric synths and lyrics that make you smile.
Who are your musical inspirations?
I have so many but mainly: 70s New York disco, 80s love songs, and soulful house. From artists like Tears For Fears to Alex Kassian, Yvonne Turner to Bashka. I take inspiration from every genre because there is always gold if you look hard enough. When it comes to DJs, so many people inspire me including Lakuti, Tama Sumo, Paula Tape, Moxie, Jnett, and Jamie Tiller (RIP) was a huge inspiration to me.
What was the first gig you ever went to?
It was a music festival in the bush on the river and it was mainly Australian 90s pop. Frente, CDB and Girlfriend were the main acts and it was heaven, we had so many great pop acts in Australia in the 90s.
What was the first record you ever bought?
Janet Jackson - That's The Way Love Goes.
What’s your favourite song right now?
Amaarae - S.M.O. My favourite pop song from 2025.
Favourite lyric of all time?
"Don’t worry baby, don’t worry, everything will turn out" - Beach boys - Don’t Worry Baby.
If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Tears For Fears - Head Over Heels.
