Formed in 1981, Chameleons became one of the most musically distinctive bands of the post-punk era and influenced artists such as The Smashing Pumpkins, Interpol and Oasis.

Following landmark albums like Script of the Bridge and Strange Times, founding members Mark and Reg Smithies returned in 2021 with a new lineup - Stephen Rice, Danny Ashberry, and Todd Demma - and a renewed focus.
Since 2021, the band have toured extensively on both sides of the Atlantic – as well as in the Middle East and Southeast Asia - playing major festivals and selling out headline shows across the UK, Europe and North America.
Their Dublin show follows the release of Arctic Moon, the band's first full-length studio album in more than twenty years.

Beatles, Doors, David Bowie, T-Rex, Sparks, Claude Debussy, Kate Bush, The Sex Pistols, The Stranglers, The Adverts, Philip Glass.
What was the first gig you ever went to?
T-Rex in 1974.
What was the first record you ever bought?
I bought two the same day, a four-track maxi single by The Beatles and The Good, The Bad and the Ugly by Ennio Morricone.
What’s your favourite song right now?
Suspirium - Kiey.
Favourite lyric of all time?
My Sex - Jon Foxx.
If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Strawberry Fields Forever.
