Dean tries to convince Phoebe to hang out with him in Tuesday's Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
He desperately wants Phoebe to accept his relationship with her mother, Mairéad.
"I just thought, like, you know, if we start spending time together..." says Dean.
"What?" replies Phoebe sarcastically. "We'd be best buds? You're pushing your luck."
