Ireland's Fittest Family coach Anna Geary and her husband have welcomed their second baby boy into the world.
Alongside a black-and-white photo, the 38-year-old presenter took to social media to share the news, writing: "The 'boy mom' era continues. Welcome to the world little one, our hearts are full."
The former camogie star, who already shares a son named Ronan with her partner Kevin Sexton, has yet to announce the name they've chosen for their newborn.
In a recent interview with RSVP Magazine, Geary said motherhood has changed her significantly.
"I am a completely different person. I'll be honest about it, because I don't think people say it enough, but I grieve my old life – the simplicity of it, in terms of the ease at which I can do things," she explained.
"Now it's a logistical nightmare trying to plan things out. You have to put a lot more time into planning. The first few months when I had him as well, it was a blur. You're trying to figure out who you are now. You're trying to bring the parts of your old self you don't want to lose, but also inevitably, you are going to lose them," Geary said.
She added: "I suppose you start to prioritise. It's given me perspective on what's important as well. For example, I woke up the other morning and had a big boil on my nose. One of those ones that's not going anywhere.
"Before I would be like, 'Oh my God, this is the worst thing ever'. Now I don't have time to think about that because I have to get my son ready and out the door and then onto work."
