Keys To My Life returns to screens this St Stephen's Day for a special hour-long episode featuring legendary Irish director Jim Sheridan.
From his childhood home in a boarding house off Dublin's Sheriff Street, to the multi-million euro architectural wonder he built cantilevered over the Irish Sea in Dalkey, Sheridan tells the story of his life through the places he has lived.
Accompanied by Keys To My Life presenter Brendan Courtney, his journey takes in his first married home in Ballybough – to the tenement rooms in New York’s Hell’s Kitchen where Sheridan and his young family landed penniless in the early 80’s. Success brought ever larger houses in ever more affluent neighbourhoods, but those 'trophy' homes came at a huge personal cost.

George Best i gCorcaigh, TG4, 8.15pm
This documentary chronicles the extraordinary story of footballing icon George Best and his time with Cork Celtic on the 50th anniversary of his time in the League of Ireland.
A synopsis of the documentary reads: "In 1975 Cork Celtic were in trouble. Attendances were low and with little money coming in through the turnstiles, the club was in danger of going broke. They needed a player to pull in the crowds and boost their flagging gates. George Best had left Manchester United the previous year after his superstar lifestyle had spiralled out of control.
"Now the greatest player in the world was a football nomad travelling wherever the work took him. He had developed a 'play for pay' policy and if you could come up with his fee, he'd tog out alongside you. Cork Celtic’s Bobby Tambling, who knew Best from encounters on the pitch when he played for Chelsea, was sent to England to see if Bestie was interested. He was.
"What followed was a fascinating football note in the history of League of Ireland soccer."
