Emma approaches Ger with a business offer but receives short shrift in Tuesday's Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
"I'm not interested in helping you flog overpriced property," says Ger.
"Just... thought I'd run it by a friend first," replies Emma.
"I rent a unit from the Raffertys," says Ger. "It doesn't make us friends."
