Coming up today, we're got gruelling challenges on Ireland's Fittest Family, all the drama from the jungle on I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! and the Strictly Come Dancing results show.

Ireland's Fittest Family, RTÉ One, 6.30pm
Ireland's Fittest Family continues with the first of the quarter finals as the Byrne family from Dublin, the McKenna family from Monaghan, and the Smith family from Louth compete in the Hell & Back obstacle course in Kilruddery, County Wicklow.

The competition returns to The Bog but instead of a time trial, the families will be racing each other through the sticky course. There's also an uphill battle in the Valley of Pain challenge. Ouch! With the scores of the first two events combined, the highest-scoring family will go through to the next round, and the two families at the bottom have to face off in the Eliminator for another spot in the semi finals.
