Georgie gives Fergal an ultimatum in Thursday's Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
The ructions begin when Tommy reveals to Georgie that Fergal broke into his house in the stand-off over the cost of the dodgy box Tommy bought from Fergal.
Georgie apologises and returns the money Tommy paid for the box from his own pocket.
Later, Fergal is stunned to learn that Georgie went behind his back.
"I thought that I could trust you!" shouts Fergal.
"That's how it is," Georgie replies. "I don't see how the both of us can carry on living here together."
"What?" says Fergal.
"One of us is going to have to leave," says Georgie, "so who's it going to be?"
