Gabriel Byrne leads this week's line-up on The Late Late Show as the acclaimed actor joins Patrick Kielty in studio to reflect on his career, his life on and off screen and the 30th anniversary of The Usual Suspects.

Before travelling to the Dingle Literary Festival, Byrne will also discuss his long-standing love of literature and the influences that continue to shape his work.

Shamrock Rovers captain Pico Lopes will appear fresh from a remarkable run that saw the club win both the SSE Airtricity Men's Premier Division and the FAI Cup.

The defender, who also helped Cape Verde qualify for next summer’s World Cup, will talk through a whirlwind few weeks and the significance of a historic season for Rovers. He will also share how he has been balancing celebrations with becoming a new father.

Irish actor Carrie Crowley will speak about her passion for the Irish language, her work on the Oscar-nominated An Cailín Ciúin, playing Mammy Walsh in The Walsh Sisters and returning to television presenting after three decades.

Presenter Jennifer Zamparelli will sit down with Kielty to discuss her new podcast Just Between Us, which focuses on relationships and sex.
