The BBC has announced that Ronan Keating is to present Ronan Keating's Wild Atlantic, a new series coming to BBC Daytime's line-up for 2026.
Commissioned by BBC Daytime and BBC Northern Ireland, supported by Northern Ireland Screen, and produced by Derry's Alleycats TV, Ronan Keating's Wild Atlantic is described as "an Irish travelogue that will take audiences on an epic journey to a place that he loves: the Wild Atlantic Coast of Ireland, one of the most magical, beautiful, and healing places on Earth".
"Audiences will get an insight into Ronan's childhood and family life as he visits Cork, Kerry, Mayo/Sligo, Donegal, and Derry," added the BBC.
"It's felt really special making this series, rediscovering magical places that have meant so much to me and my family," said singer and broadcaster Keating.
"I was 16 when I left Ireland, and there was so much of the west coast I hadn't seen. Now, I'm coming home, and I can't wait for viewers to share all the laughter and tears along the way."
Details of the series were announced at the Belfast Media Festival. A transmission date has yet to be announced.
