I love spending time with my family at home beside the Atlantic Ocean.
I prefer smaller venues to perform meaningful songs to an audience.
In my rare spare time I love to watch history documentaries.
How would you describe your music?
I try to pick songs that mean something to me and that my audience can also relate to and enjoy.
Who are your musical inspiration's?
My musical influences are varied, starting as a young child performer listening to my Grandmother Maggie O’Dee sing every night. Then there are many - Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, James Taylor, and Carol King.
What was the first gig you ever attended?
I will always remember the first gig I went to - it was Paul and Linda McCartney’s band Wings at a small theatre in Cardiff, South Wales. I was 19 years old.
What was the first record you ever bought?
Carol King’s Tapestry.
What’s your favourite song right now?
The Ritual by Niall McCabe.
What's your favourite lyric?
For the longest time my favourite lyric is "I wish I didn’t know now what I didn’t know then ….. " - Bob Seger’s Against The Wind.
If you could only listen to the same song for the rest of your life, what would, it be?
Written by Jimmy Webb and recorded by The Highwaymen, I could honestly listen to If I Was A Highway Man forever.
