Speaking about No Revival, she says, "It’s the gut punch of realising someone you trusted has broken that bond. The song came from a moment of devastation, but also from the strength it takes to face that kind of truth head-on.

"For me, writing No Revival was about turning heartbreak into something that could speak to others who’ve been there."

Tell us three things about yourself?

I have just played the iconic Bluebird Café in Nashville this year. I am a big believer in manifesting what we desire. I am a full-time mum and singer.

How would you describe your music?

Rootsy Americana meets modern country.

Who are your musical inspirations?

Lainey Wilson, Ella Langley, The Chicks, Patty Loveless

What was the first gig you ever went to?

Believe it or not I was a diehard Westlife fan in my childhood years, my auntie never missed a concert and I was her sidekick at them all.

What was the first record you ever bought?

Damien Rice - Cannonball, he was a major influence in my writing growing up, I went to see him in Rome and it was a bucket list moment.

What’s your favourite song right now?

The Night The Lights Went Out in Georgia by Briley King and the Marcus King Band.

Favourite lyric of all time?

"She put him out, like the burning end of a midnight cigarette" - Whiskey Lullaby by Alison Krauss and Brad Paisley. One of the best opening lines of all time in my opinion.

If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?

I Never Lie - Zach Top.
