Here’s a worthy repeat of a two-parter looking back at the life of Mary Whitehouse, the teacher and housewife who ran a 30-year campaign to turn back the tide the permissive culture she saw sweeping through society with the advent of the sexual revolution.
The programme revisits some of her campaigns, including boycotts against films like Last Tango In Paris, and features first-hand testimony from the people who knew her and studied her work.

Imperfect but still hugely enjoyable adaptation of the stage musical by legendary toe-tapper Bob Fosse, his movie directorial debut.
Shirley MacLaine sparkles as the eponymous Chairity, a lonely but optimistic dancer in a seedy nightclub in search of true love - but finds a succession of deceitful men who only let her down.
When she meets a shy, claustrophobic man in a lift, she thinks he might be the one - but tries to keep her past a secret.
The film also stars John McMartin, Ricardo Montalban and Sammy Davis Jr, featuring songs including The Rhythm of Life and Big Spender.

Coverage of the week four match at Croke Park in Dublin as Pittsburgh Steelers face Minnesota Vikings (KO 2.30pm).
This is the first regular-season NFL match to take place in Ireland and features two teams who reached the play-offs last season, both falling at the wild card stage.
It’s the first meeting between the sides since December 2021, when the Vikings claimed a 36-28 home win.
Ryder Cup, 2.00am, Sky Sports Ryder Cup
The build-up to the concluding day of the 45th Ryder Cup as Sunday singles commences at Bethpage Black in New York at 2pm, which is 9am in New York.
The actual contest resumes at 5pm with coverage of the singles matches on day the third and final day at Bethpage Black in New York, where Team Europe (above) and Team USA face each other in the 45th staging of the competition.
While the corresponding session was tied two years ago in Rome, the overall outcome never looked in doubt for Europe, who secured a 16.5-11.5 victory.
It was the fifth successive Ryder Cup victory for the team playing on home soil, but Europe will be looking to emulate the last away win in the competition, when they prevailed 14.5-13.5 in Illinois 13 years ago.
