Antonio (acoustic guitar) and Cenk (fretless guitar) are described as "two of the most dynamic, creative and innovative guitarists on the European scene".
Tell us three things about yourself . . .
Antonio: I'm a guitarist and composer who loves blending cultures through music. I’ve performed internationally, collaborating with artists across genres. I’m passionate about rhythm, tradition, and improvisation.
How would you describe your music?
Antonio: A fusion of Mediterranean roots with global influences, weaving together traditional rhythms, improvisation, and contemporary sounds.
Who are your musical inspirations?
Cenk: My biggest influence is Paco de Lucia, after that the founder of Fretless Guitar Erkan Ogur. But this list could go on like pages, I am a curious listener. I listen a lot and every new melody can be a push of inspiration.

What was the first gig you ever went to?
Cenk: That happened in 1996 . It was a bar gig in İstanbul, a high school pop band.
What was the first record you ever bought?
Antonio: An album by Django Reinhardt, his sound completely opened my ears.
What’s your favourite song right now?
Antonio: It changes often, but currently a piece by E.S.T. is on repeat.
Favourite lyric of all time
Cenk: "Imagine there's no heaven" who knows, it may be there is no hell either.
If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Cenk: This is the hardest question for a guy like me who listens to music a lot, but I think it would be Mor Daglar by Erkan Ogur. My master and the inventor of fretless guitar.
