Fair City has left fans on tenterhooks with the trailer for Thursday night's episode.
Teeing up what's ahead, Fair City says: "Hayley's world is turned upside down when her waters break suddenly.
"In a desperate bid to claw his way back into her life, James tricks her into letting him drive her to the hospital.
"When Hayley uncovers his true motives mid-journey, tensions erupt, leading to a devastating car crash."
