British popstar Mimi Webb has revealed the "really inspiring" advice she got from her friend and fellow artist Cian Ducrot.
Speaking to RTÉ Entertainment ahead of the release of her second album, Confessions, the 25-year-old music star said the Grammy-winning Cork-born artist told her to "keep going and going" in her career.
"The good thing is you can keep going and going," she said. "I have a friend who's an Irish artist, Cian Ducrot. He's a legend. He said: 'We'll never give up, we will keep going and going'.
"That's something I’ve felt really inspired by, because it's so true. We'll have bad days, good days in general as people, and we know we're just always gonna keep going until we're there."

"And even then we're probably going to keep going!" she continued. "I think that was really inspiring and that is definitely the crux of it as an artist."
Ducrot won a Grammy Award for songwriting in February for co-writing SZA's hit track Saturn, which was named Best R&B Song at the 2025 ceremony in Los Angeles.
Mimi Webb is set to release Confessions on Friday, 12 September.
