Belfast-based rap trio Kneecap and Co Mayo author Sally Rooney are among the nominees for this year's Sky Arts Awards in the UK.
In the Popular Music category, Kneecap are nominated for their album Fine Art alongside Charli xcx for her album Brat and Lola Young for her album This Wasn't Meant for You Anyway.
The Rich Peppiatt-directed biopic Kneecap is nominated in the Film category alongside director Edward Berger's Conclave and Karan Kandhari's Sister Midnight.
Rooney is shortlisted in the Literature category for her latest book, Intermezzo, alongside Alan Hollinghurst for Our Evenings and Gwyneth Lewis for Nightshade Mother: A Disentangling.

>In the Television category, the nominees are Adolescence, Mr Loverman, and Rivals, with Adolescence's teenage star Owen Cooper among the nominees for The Times Breakthrough Award.
The winners will be announced at the Sky Arts Awards ceremony at London's Roundhouse on 16 September, hosted by Bill Bailey.
