All eyes were on Kerry on Monday night as the first 18 Roses took to the stage for the opening evening of the 2025 Rose of Tralee International Festival.
Hosted by Dáithí Ó Sé and Kathryn Thomas, the night was filled with laughter, personal stories and the much-loved party pieces, as Roses representing communities across Ireland and the globe shared their backgrounds and talents with the audience.
From traditional music to contemporary performances, the crowd was kept entertained throughout, while the glamour of gowns brought colour to the stage. Family, heritage and community spirit shone through the interviews, reminding viewers why the festival remains one of Ireland's most enduring traditions.
