Speaking about the song, Dina, who has acted on television shows such as Glee and The Goldbergs, says, "It is about finding your sparkle again - it captures the moment that you stop second guessing your worth, wipe your tears, and start glowing from the inside out. The song is a reminder that healing can be glamorous too."
Tell us three things about yourself . . .
I'm a singer-songwriter, a recovering party girl turned red carpet professional, and three years sober. I live a Barbie life and drive a pink convertible bug.
How would you describe your music?
Pop with a purpose. I write songs for anyone who’s ever cried in the club and then fixed their makeup in the mirror five minutes later. My music’s here for anyone going through a breakup - or just wishing Britney released new songs. I’m trying to fill that void (no pressure).
Who are your musical inspirations?
Britney Spears, Rihanna, Bebe Rexha, Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus, Christina Aguilera, and Mariah Carey. Basically, powerful women with iconic eras.

What was the first gig you ever went to?
Britney. I was in the nosebleeds with binoculars while kids who didn’t even like her had backstage passes. My heart was shattered . . . but my dad took me, and I’ll always love him for that. Ever since, I’ve made sure I only get the best seats possible.
What was the first record you ever bought?
Alanis Morissette - Jagged Little Pill. I do a good Alanis impression.
What’s your favourite song right now?
Glow Up - not to be that girl, but it’s the post-breakup anthem (And it’s mine).
Favourite lyric of all time?
"I’m not a girl, not yet a woman" - still hits, still true. When did I grow up? I still feel eight.
If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?
…Baby One More Time by Britney. Forever and ever, amen.
Where can people find your music/more information?
Anywhere music lives - Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube. Website. And, I’m always on Instagram being dramatic: @dinarenee.
