Ahead of Irish boxer Katie Taylor and Puerto Rican boxer and mixed martial artist Amanda Serrano's bout in Madison Square Garden next month July, Netflix's trailer for the historic fight has been released.
Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano will stream live on Netflix exclusively on Friday, 11 July from the iconic New York City venue.
In the first-ever all-women's boxing card in Madison Square Garden history, Ireland's undisputed champion Taylor will face off against seven-division champion Serrano.
A description for the event reads: "The mega-event will also feature the most world championship belts ever contested on a single fight card in the four belt era, male or female, with 21 world title belts contested across 5 fights on the card.
"The main card will feature entirely women's undisputed and unified women’s championship fights - three undisputed championship bouts and two unified championship bouts."
Taylor and Serrano first fought in April 2022 at Madison Square Garden, the first time two female boxers headlined the venue.
It was a closely contested bout, with Taylor winning by split decision to retain her undisputed lightweight titles. The fight was widely praised and is considered one of the best in women's boxing, leading to strong calls for a rematch.
