Scrubs meets Abbott Elementary in this new US comedy, starring Wendi McLendon-Covey, Allison Tolman, Mekki Leeper, David Alan Grier and Josh Lawson.
Enjoy it while you can, because the way the US is going there’ll be little healthcare or education to inspire comedy writers.
Anyway, this is about an eclectic team of underfunded yet dedicated doctors, nurses and medical staff trying not to lose their patience in an Oregon hospital overrun with patients.
Executive director Joyce orders an expensive mammogram machine, supervising nurse Alex needs to get home on time to see her daughter in the school play and nurse Matt gets off to a flier on his first day by injecting himself with an EpiPen.
Episode two follows at 11pm, where Joyce's belief that personal life should stay out of the workplace is tested by some unexpected news.
Meanwhile, Ron thinks a patient has a crush on him, while Bruce tries to demonstrate the value of his important work.

In this French drama, Bastien (Ciryl Gane) has lived as a recluse ever since he accidentally killed his opponent Enzo in an MMA fight three years ago.
Enzo's widow tracks him down and asks for his help: Bastien is her only hope of rescuing Léo (Maleaume Paquin), her teenage son who has gone missing in the northern districts of Marseille.
Bastien sets off looking for him. Along the way, he meets Kenza (Alice Belaïdi), a young cop who is prepared to do anything to bring down the new crime lords of Marseille.
Léo is in grave danger and time is of the essence.

This week’s episode sees Alison Hammond spend a weekend in the company of Scary Spice herself, Mel B (below).
The adventure begins in Mel's home town of Leeds, where she's built a new life following her high-profile divorce from her second husband, Stephen Belafonte.
Mel opens up about her time as a Spice Girl and being a domestic abuse survivor while taking Alison onwards to Blackpool where her career began.
Millionaire Hoarders, 8.00pm, Channel 4
Expert Katie Ridges helps a woman whose assortment of period clothes has taken over her home.
Notty wishes to sell some of them, so she can fund a clothes barn where she can house her collection and allow others to see and appreciate them too.
Then there’s disc jockey PEP, who has been collecting autographs and Manchester United ephemera since he was young and has so many that he has to pay for storage to contain them all.
Now, he needs to raise cash for some much-needed home renovations, so expert Clive Downham heads to Morecambe for a celeb fest-hunt.

Peter Collins presents all the action from the match at Aviva Stadium in Dublin as Ireland take on Senegal (KO 7.45pm) in the first of this summer’s international friendlies.

The Boys in Green will go into this match with confidence after their 4-2 aggregate victory over Bulgaria in a UEFA Nations League relegation play-off when they last played in March.
But they face a Senegalese side who are unbeaten since losing on penalties to Ivory Coast in the last 16 of the Africa Cup of Nations in January 2023.
