Bake Off: The Professionals, 8.00pm, Channel 4
It’s season 10 of this show as Ellie Taylor (below) and Liam Charles welcome a fresh batch of professional pastry chefs to compete for the title.
Judges Cherish Finden and Benoit Blin set the tasks, beginning with a secret challenge, which sees them working without a recipe to create one of Cherish's own creations, the Apple Tin.
Then they serve up a food-and-drink-inspired showpiece with a hidden Victoria sandwich elevated to new heights, far from its humble beginnings.

24 Hours in A&E, 9.00pm, Channel 4
Here’s a new run of the long-running show offering a look at the daily life at Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham, one of the busiest A&E departments in Europe.
Professional superbike rider Max is rushed in after sustaining a head injury in a high-speed motorcycle crash at a racetrack.
Meanwhile, 75-year-old Stephanie has fallen down a full flight of stairs at home, and 62-year-old Garry has come to A&E after slicing off two fingers chopping up firewood.
Implosion: The Titanic Sub Disaster, 9.00pm, BBC Two
This is a documentary examining when the Titan submarine imploded while on a dive to the Titanic, with unprecedented access to investigators and exclusive new evidence.
This film also explores whether this was more than a tragic accident, why it happened and if it could've been prevented.
The One That Got Away, 11.15pm, RTÉ One
Here’s a pretty good BBC crime drama, starring Elen Rhys and Richard Harrington.
The shocking murder of a nurse opens old wounds in a small-town community, throwing a historic conviction into doubt, raising the horrifying prospect of a copycat killer and reuniting two former lovers tasked with finding the killer.
Ellie Simmonds: Should I Have Children? 9.00pm, UTV
The former Paralympic swimmer (and Strictly star!) Ellie Simmonds (below) sets out to discover how attitudes towards disabled children have changed in the 30 years since her birth.
She’ll also be finding out what her own genetic condition could mean for her as she looks forward to starting a family.
She meets with expectant parents who have received a disability diagnosis for their unborn baby and learns how parents are supported when confronted with this life-changing news.
My Week with . . ., 9.00pm, Sky Arts

Currently touring Ireland on Virgin Media One, Fred Sirieix (below) returns to France to explore his family roots.
He’ll be discovering a wartime romance worthy of First Dates and ancestors who survived against the odds.
Fred also relishes an unexpected connection to winemaking and in a final twist ends his journey in Paris.
It's an emotional rollercoaster that makes him understand and appreciate his immediate family all the more.
