A young Irish Eurovision fan travelled from Dublin to Basel, the city in Switzerland hosting this year's song contest, to lend her support to Ireland's Eurovision hopeful, Norwegian singer EMMY.
EMMY performed her track Laika Party - an upbeat synth-pop tribute to the first dog in space - in the third slot in tonight's second Eurovision semi-final.
Nine-year-old Katie Lovett from Dublin flew to Basel on Wednesday.
Speaking to RTÉ News, she said: "I arrived yesterday. My dad told me the day after Ireland had chosen its song for the Eurovision that we were going."

Lovett, who said she loves Eurovision, said her friend was shocked to hear she was going to the song contest.
"My friend Julie was like 'Wait, what?' because the second I came in the door I was telling my teacher Miss Morrissey!"
The nine-year-old has high hopes for Ireland in this year's competition.
"I hope that Emmy will win the Eurovision but if she doesn't I just hope that she makes it to the final," she added.

The Eurovision Song Contest semi-final is being shown live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player from 8pm.
