Glen Powell's a scene-stealer in Twisters, Donal's Festival Kitchen sees Donal Skehan explore Easter eats, there's The Rolling Stones: Live at the Fonda, and Premier Division leaders Drogheda United host champions Shelbourne . . .
Pick of the Day
Twisters, Sky Cinema Premiere & NOW
Normal People's Daisy Edgar-Jones stars as Kate Cooper, a former storm chaser haunted by a devastating encounter with a tornado during her college years who now studies storm patterns on screens safely in New York City.
She is lured back to the open plains by her friend, Javi (Anthony Ramos) to test a groundbreaking new tracking system.
There, she crosses paths with Tyler Owens (a scene-stealing Glen Powell), the charming and reckless social-media superstar who thrives on posting his storm-chasing adventures with his raucous crew - the more dangerous the better.
As storm season intensifies, terrifying phenomena never seen before are unleashed, and Kate, Tyler and their competing teams find themselves squarely in the paths of multiple storm systems converging over central Oklahoma in the fight of their lives.
It almost goes without saying that the special effects look amazing.

Today is a very special day in the Christian calendar as it commemorates the day of Jesus Christ's crucifixion.
I remember, as a child, the great reverance and solemnity as the appointed 3pm came around. This used to be a very big deal indeed, before Ireland replaced Christianity with consumerism.
The Liturgy of the Passion of the Lord live from St Peter and Paul's Church, Portlaoise, county Laois with the Very Rev Msgr John Byrne CG PP.

iHostage, Netflix
Here's a thriller from the Netherlands, inspired by the shocking 2022 hostage crisis at Amsterdam's Apple Store.
With such a Mac-inspired title, I'm surprised Apple didn't sue.
Directed by Bobby Boermans (The Golden Hour, Mocro Maffia) and written by Simon de Waal (The Golden Hour, Sleepers), the film follows a Bulgarian man caught in a life-threatening ordeal as an armed assailant holds the building's occupants hostage.
Through the eyes of the attacker, the hostages, and the first responders, iHostage delivers a tense and emotional tale of courage, survival, and the lasting impact of terror.
Oklahoma City Bombing: American Terror, Netflix
This promises to be a gripping documentary that revisits the shocking 1995 bombing of an Oklahoma City federal building, the deadliest act of domestic terrorism in US history.
This is 30 years ago now and shows that the mood which created Trumpism began quite some time ago.

The Rolling Stones: Live at the Fonda, 9.25pm, BBC Four
I can't remember who started calling them The Stroling Bones, but it kind of sums up a band that will keep playing until the last member hits his final note.
On May 20, 2015 at the Fonda Theatre in Hollywood, California, the veteran rock 'n' roll band performed the entire Sticky Fingers album live in concert for the first and so far only time in their career.
The show celebrated the reissue of the 1971 album and was the opening night of their Zip Code tour of North America that would run over the next two months.

And not an Easter bunny in sight!
Fall, 10.30pm, BBC One
This is almost the definitive vertiginous thriller, starring Grace Caroline Currey and Virginia Gardner. If you don't like heights, this will have you in a right jocker.
The story follows a high-rise climber who plans to scatter her husband's ashes from the top of an abandoned 2000-foot tall tower.
She and a thrill-seeking friend make the desperate ascent, but find their lives on the line when they discover the structure is not as sound as it appeared.

League of Ireland, 7.30pm, Virgin Media Two
With a quarter of the Premier Division campaign completed, Drogheda United are the surprise table-toppers, just a point ahead of Saint Patrick’s Athletic and Shamrock Rovers, who meet tonight at Richmond Park.
Kevin Doherty’s Drogs welcome champions Shelbourne – who lie joint fourth, two points behind them - looking to build on their impressive early season form at Sullivan & Lambe Park.
And they've already beaten Shels, having won 1-0 at Tolka Park in early March.
Damien Duff’s Reds will be keen to come away with three points from what’s a tight and compact ground. If Pat’s and Rovers draw, that could put them back on top of this hugely competitive top tier.
