Emma and Rafferty butt heads over the right approach to buying the Marketplace from Dolores in Tuesday's Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
Rafferty tries to assert his authority over the sale, but Emma is having none of it.
"I said no," says Emma in Tuesday's trailer.
"And I'm telling you it needs an upgrade," Rafferty replies.
"It's not going to fall down in the next few years," Emma counters.
"This is my area of expertise," says Rafferty.
"I'll get a second opinion," says Emma.
"You never could take advice," says Rafferty. "Always pig-headed."
