Jennifer Coolidge has said season three of The White Lotus is "crazy and fascinating", but admitted she is sad she is no longer part of the HBO anthology series.
The American actress, previously best known for her work on the American Pie and Legally Blonde film series, had a Golden Globe and Emmy-winning turn as the self-absorbed heiress Tanya McQuoid in the first and second season of writer-director Mike White's hugely popular TV series.
Warning: Spoiler alert for season two of The White Lotus
Coolidge's fan-favourite character died at the end of the second season of the show, leaving fans bereft.

Her absence is keenly felt in the show's Thailand-set third season which is soon to come to an end, with the finale airing on Sunday, 6 April.
Speaking to RTÉ Entertainment as she promoted her new film, the video game adaptation A Minecraft Movie, Coolidge said: "I have to say I am really enjoying this White Lotus three.
"I think it's a really interesting season and with very complicated things that only Mike White could come up with, that things, things that I've never seen in a film before, ever.
"He comes up with these storylines that are just crazy and fascinating. So I'm happy for everybody. Am I sad that I'm not in it? Of course."

She added: "But you know, there's new, fresh blood out there that's in this one and I'm thrilled for everybody.
"It's doing very well and I'm so happy for my friend Mike White, who created this whole thing."
Coolidge also spoke about her role in director Jared Hess' A Minecraft Movie, saying her small but no-less memorable role as Vice Principal Marlene was "an unusual job".
"I've had some pretty great jobs in this last sort of decade or whatever, but I have to say, being invited to be in New Zealand with Jason Momoa and then of course Jared [Hess] at the helm of this epic, very complicated movie that he had to put together... I was in such a state of shock," she told RTÉ Entertainment.

"I mean, I know Jared's really talented. We all know Jared's really talented, but what he put together... First of all, I thought it was the fastest movie I've ever seen, I mean the movie just went by in seconds, but it was mesmerizing, it was hilarious, it was a little bit frightening at times," Coolidge said.
"Everybody just slayed in this movie and I was very lucky to get this call out of nowhere to have this strange part that I really ended up enjoying. And I had a very handsome co-star that I got to make out with who is almost attractive as Jason Momoa," she added jokingly.
