The prime suspect gives his chilling assessment as gardaí make a renewed public appeal for information on Laura's murder.
"The guards used the word 'anniversary'," says Tyler. "That's a trigger that could make him kill again."

"He could be planning his next victim as we speak," Tyler continues.
