Explorer Bruce Parry travels to some of the world's most remote areas to live with indigenous tribes. Here he finds himself deep in the Colombian Amazon with the Waimaha.
They live successfully in this remote region thanks to their connection to the rainforest around them - a connection that comes in part from the psychoactive drug ayahuasca, which they take during seasonal ceremonies.
Can Bruce win their trust and be invited to take part in their ceremony?

Here's a brand-new, coming-of-age drama, following a group of students at a Leeds dance school.
The Chapeltown Collective compete for a place at a Manchester dance showcase after missing out last year.
But the pressure gets to Puppy, and a talk from her mum Erica only makes things worse.
Meanwhile, Koby spots the artistic director of his dream dance conservatoire scouting for talent.
Episodes 2-6 follow from 10.30pm, and all six episodes are available to stream at All4.

Up in the air, bald eagles chase ospreys for a hard-won meal, while beneath the waters sand tiger sharks act as unlikely guardians for schools of scad fish.
The Body in the Bin: Who Killed Louise Kam? 9.00pm, Virgin Media Two
What began as an audacious plot to defraud £5million from unsuspecting 71-year-old mother and businesswoman Louise Kam ended in her murder.
The poor woman was killed, after which her body was callously dumped in a wheelie bin on a driveway belonging to one of the killers.
This documentary follows this shocking story of fraud, murder and the impact of social media.

Wanda (Edie Falco from The Sopranos and Nurse Jackie) has her hands full.
Her 8-month pregnant daughter wants a wedding which her ex-husband is flaking on paying for, her mother thinks she's dying, and her wayward son is either going into rehab or the army.
Meanwhile her long-time boyfriend doesn't excite her, but her new girlfriend doesn't either, and she barely has time for herself, not that she would know what to do with it anyway.

Having recently returned from living and working in Europe, 26-year-old Kieran Cotter has taken on the ambitious project of renovating his grandmother’s old cottage.

Situated on the family farm, the traditional stone farm cottage has lain empty since his grandmother passed away 13 years ago.
Purist Kieran is renovating the house as authentically as possible, reviving it stone by stone. And, having little building experience, he’s tackling this project - for the most part - on his own.

Then at 3.30pm, Micheál Ó Domhnaill's there again, this time to present live coverage of the Allianz Football League Division One final, also from Croke Park.
This time, the top tier decider is between Mayo and Kerry.
Live Women's Six Nations, 2.30pm, Virgin Media One
Coverage of the match in the second round of fixtures, held at Stadio Sergio Lanfranchi in Parma, as Italy host Ireland (Kick-off 3.00pm).
Italy claimed a 27-21 win when the teams met at RDS Arena last year and also came out on top 24-7 when the sides faced each other here in 2023.

Match of the Day Live: The FA Cup, 1.15pm, BBC One
Mark Chapman presents all the action from the quarter-final at Deepdale as Preston North End play host to Aston Villa (Kick-off 1.30pm).

Championship outfit Preston are the only team from outside the Premier League left in the competition and are aiming to become the first side outside the top flight to win the trophy since West Ham United in 1980.
But they face a tough test against the Villans, who will have high hopes of lifting the cup for the first time since 1957.
Live FA Cup Football follows at 3.45pm on UTV as Bournemouth take on Manchester City (Kick-off 4.30pm).
