Here's the latest from Shonda Rhimes' Shondaland. Its showrunner is Paul William Davies, who performed the same role on Scandal.

It looks like Shonda Rhimes does Knives Out.

It's a screwball whodunnit set in the upstairs, downstairs, and backstairs of the White House, among the eclectic staff of the world's most famous mansion.

Uzo Aduba stars as Cordelia Cupp, a consulting detective for the Metropolitan Police Department.

Known for her wry humour, relentless pursuit of truth, and sharp eye for human behaviour, Cupp is the most sought-after detective in the world - and an avid birder to boot.

Joining her is Randall Park as Special Agent Edwin Park of the FBI, who is tasked with partnering with Cupp during a high-stakes State Dinner.

While Park harbours scepticism about Cupp’s unconventional methods, their dynamic promises to be as intriguing as the mystery they seek to unravel.

Ráth Chairn is located in the southeast of the Boyne Valley, between Trim and Athboy in County Meath.

This Gaeltacht area was founded in 1935, when a courageous group from Connemara moved east to create a better life for themselves.

In this series, viewers will get an insight into what drives this vibrant and creative community, the aspects of life that are most important to them, and how they preserve their traditions in the beautiful Ráth Chairn.

Stacey Dooley: Meet the Shoplifters, 9.00pm, BBC Three

In Britain shoplifting is at an all-time high, incidents of violence and abuse against shop staff have skyrocketed, and a third of Brits have admitted to stealing through the self-checkouts.

To understand this apparent high-street epidemic, Stacey heads to Manchester to meet the people behind the crime and spends time on the shop floor with the staff trying to prevent further thefts.

This is all about the teams contesting for a place in League B, or face relehgation to the third tier of European international football.

Bulgaria finished second in Group C3 below Northern Ireland, but ahead of Belarus and Luxembourg. Meanwhile, the Irish were third in Group B2, behind England and Greece and above Finland.
