Speaking about her new track, she says, "I rewrote the music for Lose the Fear at least three times. Initially, it was intended to be a piano ballad, but I soon realised the music needed a more intense energy to represent the message.
"When I began experimenting with the drums and electric guitar in particular, the song took shape and evolved into what it is today.
"I feel it carries a slight vibe reminiscent of 90s Irish rock."
She added: "At its core, the song reflects the struggle of facing difficulties and the mental battle to stay positive, to be present, and to have faith that things will improve.
"This track is the fourth on my debut album, which is set to be released in September, and it's definitely one of the more rock-oriented songs."
