The friends recently spent the night together - and now comes the news that Mairéad's husband Damien will be home from hospital soon.
On Sunday, Mairéad tells Dean: "Damien needs me."
"I get that," replies Dean.
"It's complicated, though," Mairéad continues.
"What do you mean?" asks Dean.
"I'm not sure I'm ready to stop this," admits Mairéad.
