Morrissey to play Dublin this May

Morrissey is to play the 3Arena, Dublin on Saturday 31 May in what will be his only show in Ireland this year.

Tickets go on sale this Friday 14 February at 9am from Ticketmaster.ie.

Chicago-based band Brigitte Calls Me Baby will support Morrissey at his Dublin show.

The former Smiths front man completed a North American tour last year, including acclaimed sold out New Year's shows in Los Angeles.

He last played Ireland when he performed at Vicar Street in 2023 and he also played NEC Killarney in 2022.

The 65-year-old singer has strong connections with Ireland with both his parents hailing from Crumlin before moving to Manchester in the 1950s.

Since the split of The Smiths, Morrissey has released thirteen solo studio albums, with hits including Suedehead, The Last of The International Playboy, and Irish Blood, English Heart.
