Anna Duke, the Irish contestant on BBC One's The Traitors, has some advice for compatriots hoping to take part in the RTÉ version of the hit show later this year.
Warning: spoiler alert!
The swimming teacher from Co Wicklow was a guest on The Oliver Callan Show on RTÉ Radio 1 on Friday - the morning after she was eliminated from "the ultimate game of detection, backstabbing, and trust" on BBC One.
The Traitors Ireland, hosted by Siobhán McSweeney, will air on RTÉ One later this year - and Duke told Callan that the Irish contestants are in for a treat.

When she was asked what advice she would give them, she replied: "One is learn to tie a knot!"
"I would really say [in] the interview process, do just be yourself," she continued.
"You've no idea what they're looking for every year. I think you can obviously fake accents, but I don't think you can fake a whole personality.
"I'd say just go in there being yourself and have fun with it."
"And try to relax," offered Callan.
"Aw, that's next to impossible!" Duke replied.
Reflecting on her time on the BBC One show, she said: "It's actually recorded ages ago, so it is mad watching it back. Even when I knew I was going to get eliminated, I was watching it being, like, 'Oh my God, I hope they don't pick me!'

"Obviously, like, it's devastating to leave because the game is actually just so fun. Like, it looks really stressful and tense when you're in there - which obviously it is! - but it's just so much craic that when you leave you're like, 'Oh my God, I can't believe that I could do this every day!'"
The Traitors continues on BBC One on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 9:00pm.
The Oliver Callan Show airs weekdays on RTÉ Radio 1 at 9:00am.
