The return of the fun travel show where two celebrities are sent on holiday - but while one enjoys a luxury break, the other has to travel a more economical path.

Neil Delamere: out standing in his own field

This time around, the Polish city of Wroclaw is the destination for friends and comedians Neil Delamere and Colin Murphy.

They get to experience treats such as Hydropolis, an ultra-modern centre dedicated to water, and the joys of a luxury boat trip on the Oder River.

The pair also compete against each other in the city's famous gnome hunt and take part in some Polish beer tasting, which sounds like an excellent idea.

Red Eye, 10.15pm, RTÉ One

Here’s a six-part thriller, starring Richard Armitage, Jing Lusi, Lesley Sharp and Jemma Moore.

After attending a medical conference in Beijing and coming frighteningly close to dying in a car crash, Dr Matthew Nolan arrives home and is immediately arrested at London's Heathrow Airport.

A dead woman was discovered in his crashed car and, despite his protests that he was driving alone, Nolan must return to China in the custody of DC Hana Li to face charges.

Eat Smart: Secrets of the Glucose Goddess, 8.00pm, Channel 4

Want to get yourself in good shape in 2025? Here’s a starter . . .

Biochemist and best-selling author Jessie Inchauspe, known online as The Glucose Goddess, is on a mission to help people around the world improve their physical and mental health by controlling their blood sugar levels.

She shares her tips and recipes, explaining the science behind them and providing the tools to improve health by regulating glucose levels, working with volunteers to demonstrate how her methods work.

SAS Rogue Heroes, 10.25pm, RTÉ2

This is a BBC drama, starring Connor Swindells and Jack O'Connell, exploring the origins of the special forces unit during the Second World War.

A group of officers frustrated by the military authorities realise that German forces have stretched their supply lines thin in the North African desert.

Together, they hatch a plan to use parachutes to drop soldiers into vital positions behind enemy lines - but first they have to prove that parachuting into deep sand is feasible.

Accused: The Fake Grooming Scandal, 9.00pm, Channel 4

This documentary’s bound to attract online traction in the UK and beyond.

Investigating the accusations of torture, rape and exploitation made by Ellie Williams against an Asian grooming gang operating in Barrow-in-Furness in May 2020 that turned out to be false.

It focuses on the repercussions of her actions that included a racial divide in the area and death threats sent to men who were wrongly believed to be involved.

Long Lost Family: Born Without Trace, 8.00pm, Virgin Media One

Davina McCall (below) and Nicky Campbell present the stories of people who were abandoned as babies, helping them try to find their birth families and know their identities.

And there’s an Irish angle for one of those involved tonight.

David McBride was left in a car as a two-week-old infant in January 1962, while Helen Ward was left in a tartan bag in a telephone box in Dundalk in 1968.

Ten Pound Poms, 10.30pm, TG4

Here’s another BBC drama, this time about the large number of British immigrants who went to Australia in the 1950s, starring Faye Marsay and Michelle Keegan.

In dreary post-war Manchester, Annie Roberts is at her wits end when husband Terry spends all his wages down the pub.

Desperate for a better life for her children, Annie responds to an emigration advert that promises a prosperous new life in Australia. Expecting whitewashed houses and sun-soaked adventures, the Roberts family arrive in Sydney to find life down under isn't quite what they've been sold.

Not Only - But Also, 9.00pm, BBC Four

A string of programmes featuring the late British comic duo of Peter Cook and Dudley Moore (below, right and left).

First up is a classic episode of their show, featuring music, comedy and celebrity guests, Cilla Black, Henry Cooper, Joe Melia and Terry Downes.

Followed at 9.30pm by Peter Cook: The Best of Not Only - But Also, a montage of sketches from the classic comedy of the 1960s and 1970s, starring Peter Cook and Dudley Moore.

Then at 9.55pm there's Parkinson: The Interviews, where the chat show host recalls memorable moments from his encounters with Peter Cook, and also includes contributions from Dudley Moore.

Talking Comedy follows at 10.35pm, as Angela Thorne narrates a look back at clips of Peter Cook and Dudley Moore and their appearances on some of the BBC's best-loved talk shows.

This apparently jaw-dropping, premium two-part series will tell the story of The Jerry Springer Show as it’s never been told before.

Packed with extraordinary first-hand testimony and revelations from show insiders, the series explores how this daytime talk show became one of the biggest and most outrageous TV hits of the 1990s.

But behind the entertaining facade lay some darker truths. As we hear from the producers and ex-guests of The Jerry Springer Show, a murkier picture begins to emerge of the destruction it caused.

It promises to raise renewed questions about who was responsible, and how far things should go in the name of entertainment.
