Hughie has bad news for Renee and Greg in Tuesday's Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
The shop has been closed since the flooding in the flat overhead, and Renee and Greg are desperate to know what owner Farrah's plans are.
On Tuesday, Hughie tells them: "Farrah rang - she's selling up."
