The ITV show, a spin-off of Love Island that sees former contestants compete for a £50,000 prize, will return for a second series after it first aired earlier in the year.
In the first of a series of trailers, host Jama can be seen wearing a white, billowing strapless gown while holding a gold sceptre fitted with a heart-shaped handle as she stands for her portrait.
Upon hearing that the painting is finished, she turns to the camera and says: "Finished? We're just getting started."
ITV said the promo was "inspired by the sumptuous world of royal portraits".
In February, Molly Smith and Tom Clare were crowned winners of the first Love Island All Stars.
Jama has been the host of Love Island since January 2023 when she took over from Laura Whitmore.
Love Island All Stars returns on Monday 13 January at 9pm on Virgin Media Two and ITV2.
